digital certificate from Camangi Corporation. The digital certificate will renewed yearly, and automatically

| How to install ActiveX |

1. Please use the mouse and click the right side to choose “Install Active X”. |

2. Choose 「Install」. (The installation process approximately 3 to 5 seconds) |

3. When you see the status show [Click the DIAL icon], it means the ActiveX is functional and installed
successfully. |

| Install ActiveX by yourself |

1.Click the button, “Download by yourself”, and click the button, “Download”, as following. |

| 2.Choose 「Save」 to download Web Talk component. |

| 3.Install the Web Talk component. |

| 4.Press “Next”. |

| 5.Please refresh the Web Talk Page after installation. Then, you can start Web Talk service. |
