2. This application is for online customer service use only; any other commercial usage is prohibited.
3. This application is for online communication use only, collecting any user's information
     is not necessary.
4. While talking, all voice data transmission is encrypted to reduce the possibilities of being
    monitored from third party.
5. If your computer can't install ActiveX automatically, please download ActiveX by yourself to use the
    Web Talk service.
6. This application is verified by Microsoft ActiveX Technology, installation screen will show publisher's
    digital certificate from Camangi Corporation. The digital certificate will renewed yearly, and automatically
    inform users for update

How to install ActiveX
  1. Please use the mouse and click the right side to choose “Install Active X”.
 

 

 
  2. Choose 「Install」. (The installation process approximately 3 to 5 seconds)
 

 

 
  3. When you see the status show [Click the DIAL icon], it means the ActiveX is functional and installed
    successfully.

Install ActiveX by yourself
  1.Click the button, “Download by yourself”, and click the button, “Download”, as following.

 
2.Choose 「Save」 to download Web Talk component.

 
3.Install the Web Talk component.
 

 
4.Press “Next”.

 
5.Please refresh the Web Talk Page after installation. Then, you can start Web Talk service.
